Admissions
Admission in Indian International School is open to those who fulfil and qualify the admission criteria. The School does not discriminate admission on the basis of caste, creed, religion, gender etc.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM
- Duly filled up form with complete details along with two specific sized photographs.
Attested copy of Municipal Corp./Gram Panchayat certificate in support of Date of Birth.
Attested copy(both sides) of marks sheet /Grade-sheet of qualifying exam.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION
- Original copy of Transfer certificate of the last school attended, duly countersigned by the BEO or an equivalent authority.
Medical certification of the General Fitness duly signed by component medical practitioner.
Character / Conduct certificate from the last school attended.
Caste certificate of special/Reserve category from competent Authority.
Affidavit in case of single girl child (for admission in and above class VI).
Admission charges with fee (see details in Admission Form).
STUDENT MANUAL
IISc is open to all children, without distinction of class, caste or creed. The Admission Process comprises of certain norms.
- Admissions will be based strictly on merit. The decision to provide admission will be based in IISc’s selection process. The decision of the Admissions Board will be final and binding in the case of all applicants. No queries or requests for reconsideration will be entertained in this matter.
- IISc is not equipped with facilities to test children with special needs. As such special needs. Are later observed / indentified by IISc, then the decision of the management on such matters is final and binding.
- The application form will be available only on the days decided and as communicated by IISc.
- On acceptance of offer letter payment of the Requisite Fee should be made in full.
- Admission to IISc does not entitle automatic admission t any other / particular school.
Admission rules
The Admission Process comprises certain norms, which include:
- Completion of the Application Form in full with relevant documents as stated in the Application Form, including a copy of Aadhar card of the parents (government mandate).
- Prior interaction with the child and his / her parents or guardian to understand the child’s background and aptitude.
- Physical verification of originals of all documents submitted with the Application form.
- Provisional or final Admissions will be granted subject to payment of fee and fulfilment of IISc Admission Procedure.
The decision of IISc Admission Panel will be final and binding.
IISc Academic year
The academic year commences on the 2nd of May of a year and closes on the 31st March of the following year. Every academic year is divided into two terms.
Term One : Commences from 2nd May and ends on 30th September of the academic year.
Term Two : commences from 1st October of that academic year and ends on 31st March of the academic year.
General Rules
Admission & Withdrawls
- Applications for admission in the prescribed form will be available only at the office.
- For admission in the pre-primary, the original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/ competent authority should be produced. Students who come from other schools have to produce the school Leaving Certificate from their previous school, which should be recognized by the Govt. of the state.
- The students from unrecognized school will not be admitted in the school. The decision to admit any student lies solely with the principal. The decision will be final and binding. Students once admitted cannot withdraw their admission, without one month prior notice.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Please fill the application form given in the School Record Book, for the school Leaving Certificate.
- School Leaving Certificate will not be issued unless all the school dues are cleared. The school authorities reserve the right for admitting / rejecting the student.
- The school authorities reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any student if his/her behavior is not satisfactory.
- Application for transfer of any students should reach the office ON /BEFORE 30th April.
